Future Innovators Summit (FIS) is an interactive discussion program produced jointly by Ars Electronica and Hakuhodo. Since 2014, as part of the Ars Electronica Festival, FIS has been a “living think tank” gathering artists, designers, scientists, technologists, entrepreneurs, and philosophers from around the world to discuss the future and ask the “creative questions”. Creative questions are the questions that give direction to the future by provoking new possibilities. The aim of FIS is not simply to find solutions but also the creation of societal missions that lead to a better tomorrow. FIS Tokyo, which will be held at Tokyo Midtown, will be organized into five discussions, each on a different topic. On the final day, each discussion group will give a presentation on their topic. A three-day exhibition, showcasing future prototypes by the participating companies and innovators will also be held.
