This exhibition by Polish artists Monika Chlebek and Dawid Czycz explores the theme “Good Luck” and, hidden within this, the idea of “how individuals grasp the same situation.” In this way it calls to mind the cognitive theory known as Adlerian psychology, whereby “all things are interpreted by way of a person’s image.” Here emphasis is placed on the subjectivity of individuals, on how they make meaning and respond differently even when in the same situation, based on their individual cognition and purpose. This exhibition features many “untitled” works, the artists hereby entrusting the interpretation of their meaning to the viewer.
