From the Kikuchi Collection: Stories about Clay, Pattern and Decoration

Musee Tomo
Finished
Human beings have an instinctive desire to decorate blank spaces. The repetitive patterns and forms of design are an especially crucial element of ceramics, which continue to display classical motifs even on contemporary works. This exhibition presents a wide array of contemporary ceramics featuring techniques and motifs with their own stories to tell.
