The contemporary artist Taro Okamoto believed in living in the moment – clinging to neither the past or the future – and found that jazz embodied this sentiment perfectly with its enthusiasm, thrills, and vitality. This exhibition looks at serendipitous connections between Okamoto’s works and jazz music through interventions of sound.
