This show is part of the “Exhibition Voyage” series introducing the work of various artists under the theme “Art for your Voyage.” This second installment will present the paintings of Shukou Tsuchiya, an artist who works primarily in ink, having developed a unique style that combines the techniques of classical ink wash painting with more avant-garde approaches. Here you can see how Tsuchiya expresses the sea, a subject often featured in ink wash painting.
