World Book Design 2018-19

The exhibit features some 170 books, including books of superior design from Japan, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Austria, Canada, China, and also books accepted for the Best Book Design 2019, which is held every year in March at the Leipzig Book Fair. There are books with binding, printing, and typography flawlessly designed in a traditional manner, as well as many surprisingly unconventional books. All the books on display make one realize how high the level of design and bookbinding techniques are today.
