Nozomu Matsumoto, Nile Koetting
Nozomu Matsumoto works in sound design, composition, and curation. Nile Koetting is a performance, installation, and film artist. Projects by the two include the virtual audio-visual direction unit EBM(T) and the curation of the art festival Infra. This exhibition features a new work based on the performance and installation “Climatotherapy” presented by Matsumoto and Koetting at Somerset House in London in 2018. With a new sound installation drawing on the music program of an artist residency and outside research, “Immunotherapy” considers issues facing Japan such as care in an aging society and communication through social robots.
