Artists

Curtis Tamm
Curtis Tamm (b. 1987 in California) conducts cross-disciplinary research on multiple areas including natural phenomena, geophysics, geology and zoology to create works in video and sound that consider some of the many relationships between different things that are often overlooked. During 2017 and 2018, Tamm stayed in Japan conducting research on the likes of earthquakes, volcanic activities, religions, and traditional Japanese musical instruments. Now he takes some of his findings and elaborates them in a new sound installation for this latest MAM Project.
