Mongolia maintains many of its traditional nomadic, livestock-based ways of life, including the practice of raising horses, sheep, goats, cows, and camels and moving in search of grazing grounds for them each season. This exhibition introduces folklore and artifacts spotlighting nomadic Mongolian culture with consideration of its relationship to Japan.
