Young Portfolio Acquisitions brings together the top talent of young photographers all over the world. The 24th annual selection of images by photographers age 35 or younger is featured once again at the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts. This year’s works come from 45 countries and were selected from 133,340 submissions. They have purchased for the museum collection.
