As part of its program “In Memory of Film Figures We Lost in 2017–2018,” the National Film Archive of Japan presents the 2018 digitally remastered version of the original classical Chinese love story “Legend of the White Snake,” Japan’s first feature-length color animation. This showing marks the world premier of the film screened with 4KDCP technology.
