The exhibition is divided into two terms. The first half shows paintings of signboards depicting the situation that even the companies that built them are leaving the village and these signboards are left to rot. The second half presents other recent paintings inspired by “Naribana” cherry branches on which rice cakes are stuck, an offering in the agricultural rite of his village.
