Ends in 5 days

When we look up at the night sky, we see the light of stars from light years away and can sense a connection between the past, present, and future. This exhibition features artworks that examine lives from the past through the present and imagine yet-unknown futures, focusing on the position of Japanese art within the developments of modern and contemporary art. In addition to international masterpieces, graduation projects and other works by young artists are featured. There is a special focus on a 1939 exhibition of winning works from an art competition for Japanese, German, and Italian children.
