Osamu Tezuka
Tezuka Osamu (1928-89) is considered “the godfather of manga”. His works touched questions such as “what does it mean to be human” and “what is the meaning of life”. Over thirty years after his passing his works continue to be loved the world over. On exhibit will be originals, video, and documents from works such as ‘Astro Boy’, ‘Phoenix’, ‘Black Jack’, ‘Kimba the White Lion’, and ‘Princess Knight’.
