This event has ended.

The word “Isreal” may conjure up images of strife, war, religious conflict, Middle Eastern issues, Palestine, Jews, Arabs, and other keywords for far-away-seeming events heard about on the news. Yoshie Itasaka has been traveling to Isreal and the Left Bank for nine years to photograph these complex and unresolved issues, finding no end in sight through encounters with people there. Nonetheless, through a traveler’s perspective, Itasaka documents this place of expansive beauty and the people who continue to live there. Pre-orders will be taken for a zine by the same title as the exhibition.
