Eriko Kaji has been photographing Hawaii and its surrounding islands for ten years. This exhibition focuses on her images of Hawaii Island, which capture the island’s flora and the lives of people who have rebuilt after their land was covered in lava from a volcanic eruption. These works on film hand-developed in a dark room portray the terror and beauty of nature.
