Permanent Exhibition II

Parplume Gallery

poster for Permanent Exhibition II

Ends tomorrow

‘Permanent Exhibition II’ begins with a rethinking of the contact surfaces between Parplume Gallery and Sagamihara. Parplume Gallery faces the street allowing passersby to look inside through the glass. The space is divided into squares with various roles such as residences, shops, and galleries. Parplume has many rooms different in nature, each of which strangely folds and closes and opens to form the whole of Parplume.

In addition, this exhibition features not only the exhibited works but a large lattice on the facade of the gallery. The lattice is full of gaps allowing in light and wind.
