This event has ended.
We have selected a few artists who approach art in their own unique ways, with technical mastery and their “aura” of being artist. The name of the exhibition, “Dimension,” is a word that defines a measurement of something in a particular direction, especially its height, length, or width; and/or a part or feature or way of considering something, according to a dictionary.
New digital media such as internet has changed the traditional format of the world. The world we live in is completely different to what we might have imagined a few years ago. It is the same with the art scene. The idea of visualizing concepts is nothing like what it was 10 years ago, with most contemporary artists seeking different ways of approaching art, such as with digital art, illustration using CG technology, animation, or comic books. People who were not particularly into the world of art can now be interested in art or the aesthetic of it, and they can even feel close to contemporary art because the idea of art is different to what is was before. Questioning what is happening in our world and problem solving can be done in the process of art making, and because now that art can interact with our everyday life now, everyone can be a part of the new art movement. These six artists have their own ways of working, and we wish to be a small part of the chemical reactions between the personalities of their works exhibited.
