Using wire mesh from 2018 for support, Eiko Saito added the florescent pink masking tape that she saw often during her travels through the Tohoku region of Japan. (The 2018 wire mesh symbolizes the exhibition held at Ishinomaki Rias Ark Museum memorializing the disaster.)
