These four award-winning artists are up-and-coming stars in the Japanese contemporary art scene. Each working with unique concepts and approaches, their works range from Nihonga paintings with artificial colors reminiscent of street culture, expressions of physical balance, tactile clay works representing anonymity, and paintings turning digital copy & paste techniques into analogue methods.
