Registration for the competition is free and open to anyone, anywhere. Top prize is a lovely bonus of ¥500,000 and shortlisted designs will be used for flags, stamps, posters etc. and exhibited throughout Tokyo and inside the 100% Design Tokyo venue, during the design week (from October 31st to November 4th, 2007).
Love Your Earth - “All Rise”
Tokyo Art Beat will form part of the jury of the international “eco”-design competition ‘Love Your Earth’ organized by designboom and Design Association Japan.
Paul Baron. Born in 1977 in Paris. After graduating in 2002 from the London College of Communication, he moved to Tokyo to taste Japan's powerful visual culture. After 3 years at Honda R&D as an interaction designer and his 2004 launch of Tokyo Art Beat with Olivier and Kosuke, he now works as a usability and information designer at AQ, a Tokyo-based design & web agency.
