O Art Museum is run by the Juridical Foundation, Shinagawa Cultural Promotion Association, which is totally financed by Shinagawa Ward. It is located on the second floor of the No. 2 building of Osaki New City, and it is a multi-purpose art museum that can be used as a space for appreciating art or for presenting one’s art works to the public. It was named “O”, which is the first letter of Osaki, the name of the location of the museum, and whose shape also represents the loop of the Yamanote-line on which Osaki station is.
