Museum in The Kanto: others area

Located in one corner of the Green Bokujo in the foothills of Mount Haruna, Hara Museum ARC was founded as an annex of the Hara Museum of Contemporary Art in 1988 to serve as a venue for the best in contemporary art from Japan and abroad. Built of wood and designed by Arata Isozaki, the museum's sharp black structures provide a stunning contrast to their natural surroundings in every season of the year.
