Tomomi Oka
Tomomi Oka creates devices holding small, often overlooked stories, such as cherished memories or fading traditions. This exhibition is based on the experience of her grandmother's funeral. Through the installation, Oka will unravel the traditions in various parts of Japan and explore the funeral rituals and ways of dealing with death.
