Tokyo Photographic Art Museum
Finished

Artists

Shinichiro Kobayashi
Shinichiro Kobayashi captures the ambiguous world of things left behind by our time - Mines, factories, schools and hospitals in ruin; buildings, highways, dams, tunnels, and bridges in construction.
In this event, his photographic artistry is dedicated to the construction of the Chanel Lumiere Tower. From the demolition of the previous edifice, to the completion of the new, Kobayashi captures the 650 day long metamorphosis of the Chanel Lumiere.
An artistic photodocumentary comprised of 100 large-sized original color prints, and more.
