Tabuchi Yukio
Yukio Tabuchi is not only well known for his mountain photography but he is also one of the leading photographers of nature. He has extensively researched insects and snow formations through his camera. This exhibition is in commemoration of the one-hundredth anniversary of his birth. Yukio Tabuchi was born in 1905 in Tottori prefecture and grew up in an area which was abundant in nature. He studied natural history at university, and while teaching, was able to learn first hand from nature.
