This is an exhibition of beads and accessories which have been the focus of women's attention for centuries. Venetian beads, which in a few millimetres reveal a whole world, are appreciated by all who see them. On display will be approximately 500 antique bead jewelry, dresses made of beads, items of clothing made by Chanel and Dior and Venetian glass crafts from the collection of Chisako Otaki, famous worldwide as a researcher specialising in Venetian beads.
