Antwerp is the largest diamond centre in the world. In 1984, the Antwerp World Diamond Centre (AWDC/formerly HRD) began the HRD Awards and over the years many creative and innovative diamond jewelry pieces designed to bring out the brilliance and beauty of diamonds have been selected. This year’s theme, “A Night at the Opera,” attracted nearly 1,100 entries from 44 countries. The collection featuring 38 winning jewelry pieces will be on display, along with evening dresses from the Bunka Gakuen Costume Museum.
