This is a group exhibition by 4 sculptors that use what can be called traditional sculpture media in their work. In times when the nonphysical realm is growing at a high pace, what meaning is there in creating objects/things? What thoughts are evoked when we are confronted with a physical object with existence? There is no information there, only material and form. The materials are born out of the earth and shaped throughout a long period by artists. Perhaps the meaning of creating objects=things and the true freedom of "art" can be explored by casting attention onto extraordinary shapes, the existence of materials and the time that has passed in its creation.
