Michihiko Yanai

Michihiko Yanai is a creator who masterfully performs the roles of creative director, art director, commercial planner, commercial director, producer, and advertising creator. He has created several high-profile campaigns such as Tower Records "No Music, No Life," Fuji Film "Photo is" and Shiseido "Uno." Not only is he a multi-talented "ad creator," he also edits and publishes a free paper on trends and rock, operates a shop in Harajuku, hosts music events, and is a radio personality. Perceiving all communication as "advertising," he breaks down our preconceived notions of advertising and is constantly searching for the new possibilities of communication. This is this creative director's first solo exhibition. An installation by artist Yasuhiro Suzuki will be held simultaneously.
