Nicole Bottet
Bottet received the Prix Nichido in 1975. This is her 12th exhibition in Tokyo, fresh from another show of new works at the Galerie Nichido in Paris from September through October, featuring gold-leaf mixed media collages, which carry elegance and a terse brilliance often seen in ink painting and work by Rimpa artists from the Edo period. Her subject includes flowers and interior still life.
