Event organizer and magazine publisher focusing on "eating", Saji is pleased to announce a special event held in conjunction with the publishing of "Saji 3". The event consists of eating food prepared by Saji in complete darkness to allow visitors to rediscover the textures and tastes that we overlook in everyday life.
