Art Works Gallery is a rental space that was established in 2001 and holds exhibitions of painting, sculpture, photography, pottery and various other genres. The gallery also strives to introduce young artists active in both Ibaraki Prefecture and elsewhere, and holds exhibitions of their works several times a year. The gallery prides itself on its open-minded approach towards engaging with artists regardless of their age and holding exhibitions of their work, regardless of its genre.
