This event has ended.

Sadaharu Horio is known for his unique process of making art. For example, he created a sculpture of found objects on which he put a coat of paint every day for a year. Another piece he made is a drawing consisting of squares repeatedly drawn on a sheet of paper. At Yokohama Triennale in 2005, he presented for the entire 82 days, putting on performances and works such as one where visitors put in ¥100 coins into a slit in the wall to receive a painting instantly created by him behind the wall.
