Everyone wonders what lies beyond the road before our eyes. Bernhard M. Schmid is a pioneer in the photography of roads, and continues to photograph them all over the world. This exhibit is Schmid's first in Japan, and many of the pieces in the collection convey his forward-looking views and hope for new beginnings.
