For several years Taku Kimura has continued to photograph the structures of 19th century greenhouses in various places across the world. In these works he pursues not an interest in the plants which inhabit this space but the unique construction of these greenhouses which differs from many other architectural forms, and attempts to objectively depict these spaces of growth here in series of 60 photographs.
