An exhibition of prize-winning Japanese New Year’s cards selected from a nationwide pool of entrants participating in the first New Year’s card competition held by the United Nation’s Universal Postal Union (UPU) in Berne, Switzerland this April. The international panel of judges has praised these works as “marvelously creative” and “both skillful and elegant.”
