“Time-Travel! The World of the Ancient Orient”

Ancient Orient Museum
A variety of cultures and civilizations have emerged since humans first walked the lands of the ancient Orient 1.8 million years ago. When thinking about the history of the world and its ties to contemporary people, the role of the ancient Orient cannot be overlooked. This exhibition introduces pieces of this history with ancient artifacts and art from the Paleolithic era through the flourishing of Islam.
