What is it like when a life reaches the end of its time and one ceases to exist? It has always been an important theme for me. I contemplate the wonder of life and death and presence and absence by depicting the very last moment of life and the remnant of existence one may leave behind, and I try to do so without being religious or scientific but in terms of art.
