The French street artist invader is known for his Space Invader ceramic tile characters. Street art is usually associated with tags, stencils, spray paint, or stickers, so Invader’s use of ceramics is original. While the Space Invader character debuted in 1978, making this its 40th anniversary, invader has been working as a street artist for a solid 20 years now. For these anniversaries, Restir Boutique will sell 15 works of invader’s art in its online store, restir.com. (Some works will be available at Restir Boutique).
