2019 Bologna Illustrators Exhibition

This exhibition introduces the selected works of one of the most important competitions in picture book illustration held this year for the 53rd time in Italy. In this edition, 2,901 artists from 62 countries applied and 76 of them were selected from 27 countries, including 10 Japanese artists. There will be various events related to picture books during the exhibition. A small exhibition on the architectural history of the museum commemorating the renewal opening will also be held at the same time.
