Miku Aoki “Zoe”
Block House
This event has ended.
Artist Miku Aoki, who was born as a result of reproductive technology, explores themes of “artificially created life” in her works. Her installations of embroidery and zoetropes tackle subjects such as Dolly the cloned sheep and the Eugenic Protection Act. This exhibition features a revisited version of a work shown at Aichi Triennial 2019 and looks back on the history of artificial reproduction.
