Exhibiting works by four artists: Morikazu Kumagai (1880–1977), known for painting motifs from the natural world such as cats and insects, the humorous abstract painter Yozo Ukita (1924–2013), the American oil painter Alex Dodge (1977–), and Pratt Institute graduate Russell Tyler (1981–). The formative and shared characteristics of their works are explored.
