As a central event of “Greenery Month,” the National Greenery Protection Festival is held once a year, bringing together park and greenery protection groups from all over the country. Yokosuka City has been selected to host the event in 2021, the 32nd time it will be held.  

In commemoration of the National Greenery Protection Festival, the exhibition of Rokuro Taniuchi’s paintings of nature and greenery will be held under the title of “The Power of Green.
