*Mitsui Memorial Museum will reopen from June 1 (Tue.).
In 2008, the museum held an exhibition titled ‘Tea Boxes and Tea Baskets of the Mitsui Family’. In this exhibition, a number of masterpieces will be displayed that were enjoyed in each of the four seasons with the snow, the moon, and the flowers as companions, along with tea ceremony utensils and calligraphy and paintings also from the collection.
