Brush and Mouse
Ends in 9 days
The world is full of commercial designs using handwritten text, but it is only one part of the design material. On the other hand, there are few cases where digital design, which can be copied, enters the world of analog art. Hiroki Fujimaki and Natsuki Ransai wondered if it would be possible to express both of these in a new output that would surprise the viewer without losing the good qualities of each. What is handwriting and what is printing? It is a challenge to blend the boundaries of technology while making a clear distinction between the roles of the two. At the gallery talk on Sunday, October 24, there will be a discussion on the process and secrets of tackling this tumultuous challenge.
