This exhibition features designs by Yumeji Takehisa (1884–1934) for envelopes, magazine covers, book covers, musical scores, posters, chiyogami decorative paper, and other items from the 1910s through 1930s. These works display a blend of traditional and modern and Eastern and Western styles with a “kawaii” sensibility.
