Ends in 19 days

In this exhibition, Kido will be showing about 30 of his newly photographed works dealing with the three themes of “parking space,” “painting architecture,” and “scarecrows.

Kido’s subjects are everyday scenes, such as suburbs and residential areas. However, he is not interested in capturing the meaning or use of a particular place or objects, but rather in capturing the pictorial space, such as the colors brought out clearly by light, and the shapes and compositions brought out by shadows. Kido’s “painted” landscape photographs show the richness of the world that has been overlooked.
