Taro was a dog adopted by the students and teachers of Higashi Elementary School in Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture. For 17 years, he went to the station at a fixed time every day.
He seemed to be waiting for someone. This exhibition of illustrations, paintings, and crafts promotes “Ishioka Taro,” a film about Taro’s story.
