This event has ended.

100,000 people lost their lives in the air raid on Tokyo on March 10, 1945, also known as the “downtown air raid”. Rei Naito has placed a small sculpture, ‘Person’, in the gallery Kuurenbo in the precincts of Chohouin, a temple in Kuramae, and offered water at the cenotaph in the cemetery.

This exhibition is part of the Tokyo Biennale.
